These Website Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of non-emergency transportation services ("Services") by Sckander LLC ("Seller") through its website ("www.sckandercareconnect.com"). By booking or using our Services through our Website, you ("Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from booking or using our Services through our Website.
All service fees provided by Sckander LLC are due at the time of booking, unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
Standard Pickup Fee: A flat fee of $50 is charged per standard pickup during regular service hours.
Out-of-Hours Pickup Fee:
Pickups scheduled between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM are considered Out-of-Hours and will incur a flat fee of $100.
Pickups scheduled between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM are subject to the standard $50 fee.
Stair Assistance Fee:
If stair assistance is required, an additional fee may apply based on the level of support needed. This fee will be clearly communicated before confirming your booking.
Mileage and Wait Time Fees:
Additional charges may apply based on:
• Distance traveled (per mile), and
• Wait time (per minute).
These charges will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service scheduling.
For trips scheduled on weekends or outside of regular service hours (7:00 PM – 6:00 AM), the base per-mile rate will include an additional $0.25 per mile surcharge.
Sckander LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. All pricing changes will be posted on our website and will not affect bookings already confirmed prior to the update.
Cancellations by the Customer:
120 Minutes or More in Advance:
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 120 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Within 120 Minutes of Pickup:
A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the trip cost will apply. No refund will be issued.
Cancellations by Sckander LLC:
We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle or driver unavailability, hazardous weather conditions, or any situation that compromises safety. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund.
We may also cancel a trip if the request violates our terms of service or poses a risk to our drivers or other passengers. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus any applicable fees.
Eligibility: Refunds are only issued when cancellations meet the criteria described above.
Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and returned to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Charges: Some fees (e.g., administrative or processing fees) may be non-refundable. These will be clearly disclosed during the booking process.
120 Minutes or More in Advance:
You may request changes to your booking—such as pickup time or location—at least 120 minutes in advance, free of charge, subject to availability.
Within 120 Minutes of Pickup:
Last-minute change requests may not be accommodated and could result in additional charges, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
